I have to say that it was one of the best days in the park! I was expecting a sea of love birds crowding the park, but I was very surprised to find a pretty open park with more families than anything. I hate waiting in lines so we very rarely go on rides when Alyssa and I go to Disneyland, but on this day, we rode rides like a mother fucker! It was awesome that the longest line we had to wait in was Toy Story's Midway Mania... which I won btw!!! That bitch was so sure that she was going to win. "Not Up In Here!"After riding all of the rides that we wanted to go on, it was time for what Alyssa and I do best! It was beer o'clock and time to drank!!! We headed to the warf in California Adventure and posted up in front of the Karl Strauss cart. We found a cozy spot to settle and proceeded to start in on rounds one, two and three. Delish!!!
Our Disney Day ended up becoming a huge success and one of the best days ever!!! There were a lot of fun moments and a lot of friends in the park for us to visit. The only thing missing from my perfect Disney Valentine's Day would be my popcorn. The one cart I tried to go to on the way out was closed. Butt scratcher...
After the park, we headed over to Riverside for our salsa class and rehearsal for Dirty Dancing. The salsa class was really fun. I've never really partnered before and I find myself liking it more and more each time I do it. I think it's the pleasure I get from finding that groove with a partner when you just know that you're dancing together and not just next to each other. Our rehearsal went well. Not uber productive, but it was alright. We discussed some of our upcoming events for March. Just in case you're interested. We are due to perform in March at the Universal City Walk and then possibly at Knott's Berry Farm at some point. See you there!
Overall, it was the best Valentine's Day ever!!!
